Could you be the full-time Installation Delivery Manager in Toronto, ON we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your advanced project coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in delivering large, complex, multi-disciplinary signalling projects, ensuring their successful execution while driving operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., installation, risk management, and project controls teams), facilitate internal and external meetings, and oversee project documentation and reporting, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of supporting all phases of target pricing for multiple bundles and maintaining installation documentation, but also assist in developing and updating integrated project schedules and dashboards.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting the Field Operations Director in managing daily operations of the department
- Tracking deliverables, risks, action items, and design packages
- Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Ensuring alignment of project documentation with client requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards
- Supporting the development and maintenance of project risk registers, reports, and mitigation strategies
- Managing budget monitoring, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Preparing detailed project status reports for different levels of stakeholders
- Contributing to process improvements for project governance and workflow optimization
- Assisting with the preparation of business cases, proposals, and client submission packages

- Bachelor degree in Engineering or a related field
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent training
- 15+ years experience in project execution across industries such as transit, EPCM, mining, and water treatment
- Knowledge of risk management, including mitigation strategies and probability/impact assessments
- Proficiency in schedule management tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Strong skills in quality and documentation management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices
- Experience with configuration and change management processes

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $1100,000 – $150,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
