About the role

TEMPORARY 12 MONTHS

We are looking for an International Outbound Transportation Coordinator who will report to the Manager of International Outbound Operations & Sales Support, and who’ll be tasked with supporting the shipment planning and execution process and ensuring timely deliveries to the network. As part of your role, you’ll be coordinating with other departments including planning, customs and our global shipyards to minimize lead times and ensure best in class service from our external logistics partners.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate with international operations teams to optimally prepare and execute vehicle shipments to our international markets.

Adapt our operational strategies in line with the company's vision and collaborate in the implementation of robust processes in order to position ourselves appropriately, in anticipation of the increase in volumes in the coming years.

Be proactive and agile to quickly resolve any problematic situations delaying the shipment of our vehicles.

Collaborate with freight forwarders to obtain or produce in a timely and accurate manner, all documents required for the execution of shipments.

Build and maintain a network of internal and external partners to introduce new opportunities for the company.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor's degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management / Logistics, or other related field.

Minimum of (3) years of relevant and significant experience (Logistics, Operations or International Product Distribution).

Bilingual English and French, oral and written - advanced level (4/5), Spanish would be considered an asset. English is required for this position due to the collaboration with international suppliers and BRP offices.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP an asset).

Great autonomy in the execution of tasks and tenacity to manage several situations at once.

Creative mind with a propensity to innovate and challenge the status quo.

Knowledge of manufacturing and/or logistics operations (inventory management, maritime transport, etc) an asset.
