Temporary position for 12 months
The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department is responsible for modernizing and simplifying business performance monitoring, producing control panels and making recommendations based on key performance indicators for the entire Personal Services and Community Life Executive Division, and specifically the Caisse Network Division. As a business intelligence analyst, you help monitor performance through data leveraging. You help use and valorize data for various channels. You will help maintain existing data solutions. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Ensure reports under your responsibility are updated and produced in a timely manner
- Oversee the operation of databases
- Maintain operations and ensure business continuity
- Help maintain the means, tools and methods used to collect, consolidate, model and return data
- Have in-depth knowledge of the sectors under your responsibility and the business rules and indicators used to measure their performance

What you bring to the table

Bachelor's degree in a related field

A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Knowledge of French is required

General knowledge of operational realities and banking tools

Knowledge of how data visualization tools work

Knowledge of data manipulation language (SAS, SQL, Python, etc.)
