Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Community Professionals. The role is based in the Greater Hamilton (Burlington) Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties; providing market insights and property guidance; developing and maintaining client relationships; networking to grow your client base; and managing sales transactions from start to finish to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and experience in Residential Real Estate transactions
- Knowledge of the real estate market and proficiency in New Home Sales
- Strong Sales and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Motivated to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with real estate technology and marketing tools is a plus
- Access to reliable transportation and the ability to work locally in the Greater Hamilton (Burlington) area
- Knowledge of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area real estate market is an asset
