WHO WE ARE
Touché! has been growing since 1995. We are a media agency powered by Omnicom Media Group, a world leader in marketing communications. Our creativity and passion have enabled us to obtain large national accounts; Numerous provincial, national, and global awards; as well as multiple national Agency of The Year awards.
Touché! has refused to become a "big company", choosing instead to be a "big start-up". Innovation, collaboration, and passion are our core values, and we care about our employees. We are looking to expand our passionate team.
Touché! is the strength of a network, the agility of a start-up.
Who We Are Looking For
As a Digital Senior Analyst, you will develop our customers' digital strategies while working closely with the Media Strategy team. We are looking for a true digital media enthusiast who enjoys teamwork and who will maintain a good relationship with the clients.
Main responsibilities
Execute and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads, ensuring accurate setup of budgets, targets, ad copy, and campaign parameters
Monitor daily and monthly campaign pacing and budget delivery, both within platforms and using external tools — flagging issues and adjusting spend to stay on track
Perform ongoing campaign optimizations including bid management, keyword refinement, audience adjustments, and Quality Score improvements
Communicate regularly with strategy and media planning teams to align on KPIs, share performance updates, and translate activation data into actionable insights
Coordinate with media planning on budget tracking and reconciliation, maintaining accurate records in planning tools
Support the development of mid- and post-campaign performance reports with clear takeaways and optimization recommendations
Develop digital media strategies and support execution of media plans to achieve established KPIs
Supervise campaign upload and verify all campaign parameters on platforms (budgets, dates, targeting)
Work with cross-functional SBU teams to ensure reporting and data accuracy across Datorama/DOMO
Support finance reconciliation in collaboration with the Media Coordinator
Coordinate the implementation of website tracking and tagging in partnership with relevant teams
WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE
2 years of hands-on paid search experience, ideally in an agency setting
Demonstrated working knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with exposure to or eagerness to develop skills in SA360
Comfort managing campaign budgets and pacing both in-platform and using external trackers or tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can clearly relay performance data and coordinate with strategy, planning, and finance teams
An analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail — you catch discrepancies before they become problems
A solid grasp of digital media fundamentals including SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social, and Shopping models
Experience with or exposure to Prisma, Datorama/DOMO, Google Analytics, or third-party ad servers (not a must)
High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Eagerness to learn — you ask questions, embrace feedback, and actively seek to grow
The ability to manage competing deadlines with composure in a fast-paced environment
