Qualifications
- Minimum post secondary education; Medical Office Assistant related preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new programs specific to the business

- Demonstration of excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Essential Functions
- Monitors and ensures timely processing of incoming client service requests, and requests for changes or updates to client services within contractual obligations.
- Liaise with customer referral sources as required to ensure customer expectations are met
- Responsible for the integrity of information in Alayacare which would involve data entry, updates of client information, schedules and visits.
- Provide relief in Validation team as required
- Knows and adheres to the formal and informal departmental goals, standards and policies and procedures
- Work with an awareness of health and safety and cooperate towards improved health and safety conditions at work
The successful candidate will be working Friday to Tuesday 10:30am - 6:30pm Training will vary from Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm OR Mon-Fri 10:30am-6:30pm About Us For millions of Canadians, CBI Home Health is where better begins.
