Receiving functional direction from the Physical Therapist II, this position serves as the central point of contact for the Breathe Easy Program. The role provides front-line reception and administrative support, including processing referrals, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records and databases, liaising with internal and external partners, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the program. Description: The Secretary I provides administrative support. The Secretary I performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams. Experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and frequent interruptions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in a dynamic work environment. Please note: Classifications Under Review.
Preferred Qualifications:
Continuing Care experience. Connect care experience. One year directly related experience in a clinic environment including data entry and client reception. Experience in an Ambulatory Clinic is preferred.
