As a trusted partner to the ownership group, this role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial information, including analysis and the preparation of financial reports. The position oversees the full accounting cycle from financial statement preparation to the ongoing maintenance of accounting systems while ensuring the integrity and completeness of accounts receivable and accounts payable.Beyond managing today’s operations, the Accounting Manager / Controller plays an important part in shaping the future. This role is responsible for establishing, strengthening, and evolving accounting principles, practices, and procedures, as well as supporting system and process improvements as the organization grows. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic planning related to cost management, operational efficiency, and long‑term growth, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and execution.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years’ experience overseeing the financial operations of a small but structured organization and will be comfortable contributing at both an operational and strategic level.
