About the role
We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team at a site in Vancouver until July 2027. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of the property while providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Schedule: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00 Payrate: $23.00/hour Some of your responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience. Provide access control and issue passes as required. Conduct regular patrols of the property and grounds, on foot. Monitor and safeguard people, property, buildings, and equipment. Actively monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to security threats. Serve as a first responder in emergencies, providing first aid to employees. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate parties. Report incidents to the Client Services Manager and submit detailed investigation reports. Your Must-Haves: Valid BC Security License. Basic First Aid/OFA 1 certification. Experience with CCTV and access control systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
