Job Posting: Outside Sales – Thompson - Okanagan & West Kootenays (FT Permanent)

Cascadia Sales is a growing Independent Manufacturers Representative seeking a relationship-
focused Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence in the Thompson-
Okanagan and West Kootenay regions. In this role, you will proactively engage with our electrical
wholesale customers, electrical contractors, and end users to deliver best-in-class service for our
manufacturer partners. You will build lasting relationships by identifying customer needs and
providing product expertise to help our partners succeed.
We support our team with competitive earnings, a full benefits package, and potential bonuses
based on company and individual success.
How you'll contribute:
Be a consultant: Recommend the best products for specific projects by maintaining deep industry
and product knowledge.
Drive Growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within
the territory.
Build Rapport: Utilize your strong relationship-building skills and solution-oriented mindset to foster
long-term partnerships.
Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in the Electrical and Lighting industry is preferred but not required.

Dependable, with a consistently optimistic attitude.

Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Email, Word, Excel).

Adept at conducting brief, high-impact product demonstrations.

Diligent organizational skills and a self-starter mindset.
-
Valid BC Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
Location: This position is remote. Ideal home-based locations include Kelowna, Vernon, or
Penticton. Some overnight travel is required.
