As a Tiffany Communications Specialist you will:

Supports the planning and execution of strategic PR and communications initiatives that elevate brand visibility, reputation, and audience engagement across print, digital, and social platforms. The role focuses on securing organic media coverage for product launches, campaigns, collaborations, events, and key brand moments through media relations, influencer partnerships, and integrated storytelling opportunities. Working closely with internal marketing and events teams, the Specialist helps execute impactful PR events and programs that strengthen brand desirability while managing day-to-day communications activities with a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on approach that reflects Tiffany & Co.’s values of creativity, excellence, entrepreneurship, and people-first leadership.

Public Relations

  • Develop and execute public relations programs aligned with the overall PR strategy and North America goals. Manage Tiffany representation across top print and digital outlets.
  • Point of contact for all press queries and responsible for disseminating all press materials securing coverage both proactively and reactively.
  • Generate positive publicity through print/digital editorial, broadcast, influencers, and media events. Oversee broadcast and digital databases, press grid management and reporting
  • Collaborate in developing event concepts and press presentations that drive coverage
  • Support reporting and analytics. DMR Reporting and analysis (monthly, quarterly, annual, and on an as needed basis)
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with editors, influencers, agents, key stakeholders and vendors in the luxury, fashion & trade spaces through support of photoshoots, press previews and brand events.
  • Leverage media buying opportunities and collaborating with media team on custom content and added value programs
  • Partner with the entertainment team on NA influencer programs and social media opportunities Own, maintain and advise on North America budget management and invoicing, supporting PR Manager for editorial initiatives.

Cross-Functional Partnerships:

  • Provide on-going support & communication on initiative asset kits
  • Maintain the Tiffany standard of excellence within the team to enhance our productivity and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and provide extraordinary service to internal colleagues
  • Nurture innovative and creative thinking, problem-solving and collaboration Coordinate additional projects as requested with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit

Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and min. of 6 years of marketing, public relations or related experience. With an understanding of luxury media, editorial landscape and industry behaviours
  • Creative thinking, persuasive selling through good understanding of media relations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)
  • Experience with retail marketing, media, agency or brand management
  • Ability to seamlessly work with cross-functional teams and agency stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Non-traditional work hours including nights and weekends when necessary. Some travel to key markets required

Desired

  • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, is considered an asset

The hiring rate for this position ranges from $80,000 - $120,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate's relevant skills and experiences.
