About the Role We are hiring enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our clients across Canada. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales, eager to develop their skills, and ready to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and support the team in achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products Provide excellent customer service and support Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills Keep the sales floor organized, safe, and visually appealing Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for sales and customer service Basic math skills for handling transactions Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
