About the role
工作职责：
- 销售工作
- 从事商场柜台或店铺销售工作，认真接待每一位顾客，完成每月销售指标
- 能够完美应用纪梵希流程及销售技巧销售产品，并给予相关彩妆及护肤演示
- 每日销售数据的录入和维护
- 客户服务
- 积极主动提供客户咨询服务 ，及时了解客户的需求，提供针对性的建议和产品推荐
- 积极维护品牌形象，为每一位顾客营造难忘的购物体验，展现和传递纪梵希品牌价值
- 店铺日常运营
- 配合完成店铺日常库存盘点并确保数据准确无误
- 严格遵守品牌各项运营的要求，配合进行柜台及店铺陈列及更换
- 配合店铺日常运营：包括货品管理，柜台及店铺清洁等相关工作
- 协助店长完成店铺其他相关事宜
专业知识, 技术 & 能力：
- 开朗外向,对人真诚有礼
- 充满自信, 乐于亲近人群与接待顾客
- 渴望满足顾客需求，与顾客间建立互信的关系
- 对于改变与创新具有良好的适应能力，乐于学习，与团队互动良好
- 思路组织条理清晰，自我激励
- 结果导向, 力求实践目标
- 热爱化妆品，热爱纪梵希
- 卓越的沟通技巧,对当地本土语言听,说流利.
基本要求：
- 年龄30岁以下，身高160cm以上（男女均可）
- 高中或同等学历以上
- 拥有良好的个人形象，五官端正，面部没有明显瑕疵
- 身体健康，无不良嗜好，无明显纹身刺青和穿孔
- 具备优异的销售技巧，对品牌和产品知识有深刻了解
- 有2年的化妆品销售经验优先考虑
