About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS development to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of key components within our mobile platform. You will work closely with senior engineers and architects to build scalable, high-quality applications that enhance our customer experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to influence our mobile technology landscape, contribute to innovative projects, and mentor junior team members. The role requires advanced hands-on development expertise, technical design capabilities, and a passion for leveraging the latest iOS technologies to solve complex problems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in native iOS application development using Swift and SwiftUI. A strong background in application design, technical architecture, and full-cycle development is essential. Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior and intermediate developers, as well as guiding technical and business stakeholders, is highly desirable. A bachelor's, master's, or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred. Candidates with 8+ years of comprehensive software development experience and exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS will stand out. Familiarity with agile methodologies and open-source frameworks will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own and lead the delivery of major iOS components and platform needs, collaborating with senior engineers and architects to ensure seamless integration and performance. Participate actively in the entire Software Development Life Cycle, from planning and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Enhance software engineering practices by working within agile teams to develop innovative, reliable, and scalable technical solutions across various development tools and technologies. Provide technical expertise on how emerging technologies impact the domain and recommend best practices for adoption and implementation. Mentor junior, intermediate, and senior mobile developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
