Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Start Date: May 2026 to September 2026
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Identification and monitoring of growth stages for pea, sweet corn, snap bean and lima bean crops
- Aiding in the collection of pre-harvest samples for the various vegetable crops
- Identification of in-field pest pressure for weeds, diseases and insects
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills;
- Proficient in the use of technology;
- Must possess a G license and a clean driving abstract;
- Enrolled in post-secondary education with an Agricultural direction;
- Able to work well independently;
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours as
Working Conditions
- The ability to work in all weather conditions with lifting and walking
- Fast paced, dynamic environment that best suits a high-energy individual
- Ideal candidate resides in Essex, Kent, Middlesex, Elgin or Oxford counties
