Job Description
The Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist is a strategic, hands-on contributor responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing initiatives that support both Marketing and Sales teams. This role ensures alignment across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners while driving measurable growth and elevating the Citron brand across Canada and the U.S. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and execution excellence are key.
Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including:
- Sales playbooks
- FAQs
- Proposal templates
- Onboarding content in Dayforce
- Collaborate with the Bids & Proposals team to standardize bid components and enhance proposal package quality.
- Maintain and update price books in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and ease of use for all sales teams.
- Conduct ongoing competitive research and distribute insights to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support sales with resources, insights, and tools that improve productivity and conversion rates.
Event Management & Membership Associations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all industry events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships across Canada and the U.S.
- Assess potential events and association memberships for ROI, strategic fit, and audience value.
- Oversee full event logistics, including:
- Exhibit booth design and setup
- Signage and promotional materials
- Vendor coordination
- Shipping and travel arrangements
- Staff scheduling and preparation
- Lead capture workflows
- Manage and maintain relationships with:
- Industry associations (e.g., BOMA, IFMA)
- Chamber of Commerce groups
- Non-profit partners (e.g., NWAC and others)
- Ensure strong, consistent brand presence across all event and association activities.
- Lead post event activities including lead processing, follow-up strategies, performance reporting, and insights for future improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external agency partners to ensure unified messaging and seamless execution of campaigns and events.
- Support integration of sales enablement initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance and consistency across materials, processes, and communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual is an asset but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, event management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems (considered an asset).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Industry relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
- Must be legally entitled to work at the specified location/region without requiring any sponsorship
- Conditional to a satisfactory background check
Expected Total Compensation:$80,000-$97,750
