Your mission

In collaboration with the Logistics Manager and head office, you’ll be the key player in daily operations

A typical day as a transport operations manager:

• Daily planning of deliveries;

• Inventory, invoicing and procurement management;

• Maintenance of the fleet of vehicles and facilities;

• Monitoring of performance indicators and costs;

• Customer service (in person, by phone and by email);

• Enforcement of applicable laws, standards and procedures;

• Continuous improvement of working methods;

• Coaching and development of office employees;

• Integration, training and evaluation of team members;

• Management of schedules, vacations and replacements;

• Healthy, respectful and motivating work environment.
