Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Strategist to join the Global Partnerships Media Integrations team, focused on driving digital campaigns and maximizing the value of our partnership offerings. Reporting to the Media Integrations Manager, this role is responsible for the strategic development and packaging of digital-first marketing programs, with a strong emphasis on media strategy, valuation, and monetization.

You will leverag e your knowledge of platforms such as Meta, YouTube/Google, X, Snapchat, and emerging technologies (AR/VR) to :

-**Build and price integrated media packages,**ensuring clear value for partners across all digital touchpoints

-Identify****monetization opportunitiesacross MLSE’s social, content, and owned & operated platforms

-Develop strategic, multi-platform programsthat align with both partner objectives and business goals

-Guide internal teams on digital media best practices, including inventory planning, performance expectations, and optimization

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and commercial acumen - someone who can not only ideate and plan, but also quantify value, justify investment, and drive revenue through digital media . The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of the evolving digital landscape and a passion for building innovative, insight-driven marketing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reimagine and develop digital partnership opportunities for new and existing partners

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build integrated, insight-driven campaign ideas

  • Map end-to-end campaign journeys and ecosystems across channels with user-journey consideration

  • Define success metrics and track performance to optimize results

  • Support and lead new business pitches and strategic presentations

  • Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive measurable outcomes

  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Show genuine interest in media industry and digital trends, platforms, and technologies to identify new opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in digital advertising / marketing / paid media

  • A desire to create award-winning marketing programs for brands in the sports and entertainment space

  • Excellent client interpersonal skills, presentation skills and confidence in leading conversations

  • Experience working with integrated marketing programs and cross functionally with a variety of teams across the organization

  • Presentation skills and storytelling with deep understanding of fans relationship with digital platforms and technology

  • Ability to think ‘big picture’ in both strategy and execution

  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment with ability to productively prioritize

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to work events (evenings and weekends) as required

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:
