We are currently seeking a full-time Experienced Window Installer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering precise, high-quality window installations while working alongside a knowledgeable team that values safety, professionalism, and craftsmanship. What You’ll Do

• Remove and install residential and/or commercial windows with precision and efficiency
• Accurately measure window openings and verify fit before installation
• Prepare openings, including removal of old materials, cleaning, levelling, and squaring
• Apply insulation, sealants, flashing, and weatherproofing to manufacturer and company standards
• Install interior and exterior trim, casing, and finishing components
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and installation specifications
• Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and building code requirements
• Troubleshoot installation issues and make on-site adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a window installer (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong understanding of window systems, installation methods, and materials
• Ability to work independently and lead or support a crew as required
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Solid problem-solving skills and good judgment on-site
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Physically capable of lifting and handling windows and materials
• Valid driver’s license (asset, if applicable)
