This is an excellent opportunity for a Law Clerk who is looking to grow their career and transactional experience through mentorship in a supportive and collegial environment.
Responsibilities
Specialize in complex financing transactions (commercial, project financing, syndicated loans, acquisition financing, etc.) Create entities and assist in the corporate governance of the company and its subsidiaries PPSA and multijurisdictional searches and registrations Conduct legal research and perform due diligence Manage fundings, closing documentation, and post-closing requirements Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Law Clerk experience specializing in Banking, Financial Services, Corporate, or Commercial Transactions Graduate of an accredited Law Clerk program Experience supporting project finance, infrastructure, P3, secured lending, or major commercial transactions is an asset Perks Salary ranges from $65,000 - $95,000 Hybrid work from home schedule RRSP matching 100% coverage for comprehensive benefits plan Generous PTO
