Customer Service & Operations Support Are you someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in your day, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team at WCD, supporting a range of operational roles and making a real impact across our client site. Role Overview Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring WCD customers receive consistent, helpful, and outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn multiple roles, grow your skills, and be part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do You’ll provide backup support across key functions, assist with projects, and take on varied tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Print Coordination Work closely with customers to facilitate any changes in design or specs of print projects Handle data entry and ensure timely completion of print jobs Mail Services Sort and distribute intercompany mail Track shipments and deliver supplies across the plant site Provide same-day delivery service to/from Red Deer using our company van Mailroom Operations Maintain inventory and order stationery and specialty items for buildings Monitor, replace toner cartridges and clean plotters Keep mailroom and forms room clean and organized Submit catering requests, verify information and submit payment Submit juice and cream orders Provide admin support using Excel and PowerPoint Copy Center Process work orders, print and laminate presentations Use Adobe Acrobat Pro (preferred) for document handling Third-Party Services Resolve vendor issues and coordinate maintenance or replacements Reconcile invoices and manage payment processing Assist with onboarding new vendors Who You Are You’re a flexible, detail-oriented team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) Post-secondary education in a related field (an asset) Skills & Experience Strong computer and office equipment knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Adaptable to changing environments and roles Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Fluent in English (written and verbal) Passionate about customer service Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Additional Requirements Valid Alberta driver’s license Personal transportation (site is in a rural area) Pre-employment drug testing in line with our Health & Safety Policy Why Join Us?
