Job Description

Title: Agreement Specialist

Location: Burlington, Ontario, L7L 6A4

SUMMARY: Professional individual to fill our Agreement Administrative Specialist role. As an
Agreement Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for entering both new & renewed
Agreements. We are seeking a highly organized individual who is self-motivated and can work
independently. You will be expected to work quickly and efficiently to ensure your tasks are
completed in a timely manner. If you are organized, diplomatic, and are interested in working with

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Agreement and asset creation and/or review
  • Use the current Siebel system in the agreement entry process efficiently.
  • Identifies and researches agreement deficiencies supplied by the Agreement Sales

Representative (ASR) and Business Development Resource (BDR) and communicates
the requirements back effectively.

  • Develop competency and use processes and tools provided for this role.
  • Use queries and reports to assist in daily job functions.
  • Customer accounts setup, review & modification.
  • Activation / Removal of yKC access for contract customer
  • Strict adherence to the organization’s agreement requirements and order process flows

relating to the sales and service handbook guidelines.

  • Execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of the service industry beneficial
  • Ability to travel locally and outside the service area for operational requirements &

training when necessary.

Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years’ experience in office administration and data entry related duties. Must have
well-developed data entry skills including speed, accuracy, and expertise with Microsoft Office
applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Must have professional communication
skills, good interpersonal skills and multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
