We’re looking for a Parts Manager who’s both organized and people-focused, someone who can lead a mighty team, keep our inventory running smoothly, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff. Whether it’s finding that hard-to-get part, helping a technician get a job done faster, or making sure a customer leaves with a smile, the Parts Department is at the heart of what we do. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire the Parts Department team to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory with precision, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Oversee financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control, to drive profitability.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in inventory management, supply chain logistics, and trade distribution.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong numeracy, administrative, and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, automotive industry standards, and best practices.
