Responsabilités principales
Assurer la distribution des uniformes aux employés Préparer et coordonner les commandes annuelles auprès des fournisseurs Effectuer le suivi des réceptions, des retours et des échanges d’uniformes Maintenir un inventaire à jour et effectuer des prises d’inventaire périodiques Vérifier et approuver les factures en s’assurant de leur conformité avec les bons de commande et les livraisons reçues Offrir un service à la clientèle professionnel, courtois et efficace Communication avec les agents en français et anglais
Qualifications requises
Diplôme d’études secondaires ou expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire Expérience en gestion d’inventaire, approvisionnement ou service à la clientèle, un atout Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et de la suite Microsoft Office Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et souci du détail Aptitudes en communication et approche orientée service
