About the role
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to support receiving, shipping, and material management activities in an operations-critical environment.
Reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out various warehouse-related tasks associated with marine and air shipments, while ensuring the accuracy of inventory movements.
Responsibilities
- Receive materials and verify the accuracy of item codes and quantities.
- Identify, classify, and enter data related to parts movements.
- Manage shipping discrepancies by communicating with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare containers for marine shipments and pallets for air shipments.
- Ensure documentation compliance and maintain complete and accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal logistics flow.
- Perform any other related tasks associated with warehouse operations.

Requirements
- Must have access to a vehicle (mandatory), as the location is difficult to reach by public transportation.
- Fluency in spoken and written French (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency with computer tools, including Microsoft Office.

- Strong written communication skills (professional email correspondence).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Versatility, adaptability, and responsiveness to changing operational needs.
- Ability to lift loads of up to 40 lbs.
Salary : $29 per hour Schedule : Day and evening shifts, based on operational needs. Status: Long-term position.
