Adecco is currently hiring a Finance Business Partner for a full-time position. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving business performance through financial insight and strong stakeholder partnerships.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role within the North America Finance team while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. You will serve as the primary finance interface for business teams, providing insights, identifying new opportunities, and supporting long-term business strategy. In this role, you will help drive commercial performance by supporting planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to drive sustainable and profitable growth while supporting the achievement of annual plans and long-term strategic objectives.
- Own annual operating plans, key forecast updates, and monthly business results reporting while delivering clear financial analysis and insights.
- Identify potential performance gaps and drive corrective actions using a balanced scorecard approach.
- Support the strategic allocation of resources across business channels to improve commercial productivity and overall performance.
- Provide financial support for investment initiatives and product or market launches, including developing business cases and conducting post-investment evaluations.
- Review commercial agreements and provide financial insights to support negotiations, including pricing strategies.
- Act as a key finance representative for business stakeholders while connecting teams with broader finance resources when needed, including statutory accounting, tax, and controlling functions.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and support the finance organization by sharing business knowledge and strengthening commercial acumen across teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders while providing strategic insights and financial storytelling to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in a commercial finance business partner role.
- Experience within the MedTech or Life Sciences sector is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience driving business turnaround initiatives or improving returns on commercial investments.
- Strong ability to develop effective relationships and maintain constructive communication across a wide range of internal stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Ability to understand the broader strategic business landscape while maintaining attention to financial details.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and networking capabilities.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business cases and commercial agreements.
- Working knowledge of financial and reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Higher education in Business, Finance, or Economics is preferred, although relevant professional experience will also be considered.
- CPA designation or an equivalent accounting certification is considered an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
