Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for a 24-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Act as Scrum Master for two teams and provide support focused on agile mindset, self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, iteration planning, review, retrospective).
- Coach the teams and the product owner on best practices in planning, estimation, backlog management, and systems thinking.
PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in an agile leadership role (Scrum Master or equivalent).
- 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a large enterprise.
- Solid experience with Scrum and Kanban teams.
- Experience with large-scale agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SSM) or Kanban certification (TKP, KMP, PSK).
- Bilingualism (French and English)
