Senior Project Manager Delivery Lead (35501)
About the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects/programs, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and successful client outcomes. Serve as the primary client-facing leader, building trusted executive relationships through exceptional communication and proactive stakeholder management. Drive project execution across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Act as a hands-on Business Analyst and Scrum Master when required, leading requirements discovery, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery facilitation. Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, developing mitigation strategies before issues impact clients. Balance executive-level communication with the ability to drill into detailed business requirements and uncover true business needs beyond stated requests. Lead project governance, financial tracking, status reporting, KPIs, resource planning, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, SMEs, and pre-sales teams to support project scoping, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests. Leverage modern AI productivity tools to improve project planning, reporting, meeting documentation, and delivery efficiency. Demonstrated success managing enterprise software implementation projects within eCommerce, PIM, MDM, Supply Chain, Product Data, or Digital Transformation environments. Strong working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar project management and Agile delivery tools. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure and confidently navigating complex client conversations. Excellent executive presentation, documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.
