Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset Current BCLS certification (Level C) Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills Demonstrated effective communication skills Charting on Procura is an asset Shifts: 3 days during the week and alternate weekends
Requirements
Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months) Valid Driver’s License & reliable car in community homecare is required Up to date TB test within last 2 years Must have your own: a)Stethoscope b) Blood pressure cuff and Sphygmomanometer Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care in the community.
