As a Warehouse Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Plan, implement, and monitor annual warehouse operations aligned with company strategy.
- Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets.
- Lead and support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, receiving, storage, and timely delivery coordination.
- Ensure effective communication with staff, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and ensure financial oversight of warehouse operations.
- Enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
Requirements To join our team, you need, among other things:
- 5+ years in warehouse or distribution operations management.
- Strong leadership, inventory control, and budget management skills.
- Proficient in KPI monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
