Reporting directly to Senior Director, Business Finance Warehousing & Logistics, this role will be responsible for customers within three major Iron Mountain’s hubs in Windgap, Dallas and LA. This role will act as a trusted finance partner for key operational and commercial stakeholders internally and externally, providing financial insights and analysis that ensure financial commitments are delivered. Further development expected as part of Iron Mountain's growth strategy, with an expanding footprint in contract logistics and on demand storage. What You’ll Do Finance lead coordinating weekly performance reviews, forecasting and budgeting for closed and open book contracts. Track and manage contract profitability, providing insight on key drivers and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency. Serve as a key financial advisor to operational and commercial leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve operational and commercial performance. Align short, medium and long term financial insights and risk assessments. Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials. Part of the team leading on customer MBRs and QBRs. What You’ll Bring Professional accounting qualification is preferred. Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within the logistics, distribution, or supply chain sector is essential. Significant experience managing financial performance for commercial contracts. Demonstrable experience working with and influencing non-financial stakeholders at a senior level. Skills: Commercial acumen: A deep understanding of the key business drivers and operational nuances within a 3PL environment. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and persuasively. Analytical skills: Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills. Influencing: The confidence and ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders to make commercially sound decisions. Proactivity: A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and business improvement. Reasonably expected salary range: $78,800.00 - $105,100.00 Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
