Charger Logistics is searching for an organized, well-rounded individual to join our dynamic team as a Security Guard at our Windsor location.
Shift timings: Thursday - Tuesday 11PM - 6AM Full time opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Control access to premises and keep accurate records of employees, visitors entering and leaving the building.
- Take temperatures/ thermal screening of any incoming guests/personnel upon entry of gate/building
- Perform regular and random building patrols to ensure the safety of the facility.
- Make sure employees, visitors are following safety measures(wearing masks, maintaining social distancing)
- Supervise and maintain order in and around the truck yard.
- Investigate any security related incidents and complete reports as required
- Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as damages, theft, trespassing, and other security concerns.
- Ensure safety and security of all company properties and equipment.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Security experience is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills are a must.
- Flexible and dependable.
- Must be responsible and have a professional attitude.
- Valid Security Guard License will considered as an asset.
