About This Role

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisors, the Machine Helper-Operator is responsible for providing the necessary support and help for operating the Hyppo sealer and Hayssen or any other machines for our various formats of products. He/She helps coordinating the packaging process while respecting all health and safety, food safety, quality and production rules and regulations in place.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Provide the necessary support to operate the Hyppo and Haysen sealer production machines: such as labeling, feeding the machine with the necessary products or any other tasks related to the cut line or the curds line.

• Help the operators and supervisors coordinating the entire process of cutting and packaging according to the established production plan.

• Wash, sanitize and perform equipment maintenance.

• Complete all production and packaging reports.

What You Have

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting (an asset).
• Experience with HMIs (an asset).
• Be able to lift weights that exceed 20 kg.
• Be thorough and pay attention to details and is a good team player.
• Has a sense of responsibility and autonomy, and is versatile, flexible and reliable.

Status: Full time, Coop, May-Aug 2026

Work Schedule: days, evenings with weekend rotation.*
