About the Position
- We are searching for a permanent Vice President, Transformation to join our Delivery Services team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $150,000 – $220,000 per year.

The Vice President, Transformation would have a passion to lead innovation while inspiring and developing a high-performing team that drives enterprise transformation while providing strategic leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to maximize team performance and engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, orchestrating, and governing large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives by blending your business acumen, technology expertise, and organizational skills.
The Vice President would translate business strategy and visions into actionable roadmaps for continuous improvement and innovation.
You will lead the operationalization and delivery of the transformation vision into a series of prioritized and measurable metrics by leveraging data, analytics and metrics to inform decisions.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and solutions so that strategic recommendations can be made to help with continuous improvement and transformation.
You will establish and maintain an effective transformation governance framework that would define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
In this role, you will integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance frameworks and ethical principles into the transformation roadmap that align with business outcomes and will mitigate potential risks.
As the Vice President, you will establish and manage the digital delivery function to enable enterprise transformation and ensuring the alignment of digital initiatives with PBC’s strategic priorities.
You will collaborate with business teams across the organization to help translate functional requirements into digital solutions to support the development of digital products and services.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Business Administration, or a related field, including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
- 12+ years of related experience in business management including 5+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership positions with proven success driving enterprise change.
Preferred qualifications that are considered an asset:
- Certification in digital/business transformation.
- Certification in change management.
- Certification in project management.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Business Administration.
