Deslaurier Custom Cabinets is hiring a Business Development Executive to build our builder and contractor business across the GTA.
We've spent 45 years making custom cabinetry in Ottawa. Toronto is new territory — which means you'd be establishing the market, not inheriting it. Rare combination: a proven product and manufacturing depth behind you, and an open field in front of you.
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
▪️ Prospecting custom home builders, renovators, and general contractors across the GTA ▪️ Owning the full cycle — outreach, presenting, quoting, negotiating ▪️ Turning first projects into recurring volume and referrals ▪️ Partnering with our design team to get every spec right
WHAT YOU BRING
▪️ 5+ years in B2B business development or outside sales — cabinetry, millwork, or building products preferred ▪️ An established network of GTA builders and contractors ▪️ A track record of opening new accounts and beating targets ▪️ The self-direction to build a territory from zero
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
