What the job involves
- This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a VP, Growth Marketing
- In this role, you will own the data-driven marketing strategy to grow our top-of-funnel and increase marketing’s contribution to revenue
- You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with GTM, Product, Data, and other teams to turn growth into a durable, compounding engine for the business
- Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy to grow top-of-funnel pipeline and accelerate closed-won revenue
- Build and manage a high-performing Growth Marketing team, agencies, and vendors, setting high performance standards and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence
- Lead full-funnel growth initiatives with an emphasis on top-of-funnel expansion across paid, organic, ABM, and emerging channels
- Define, track, and report on core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, incremental lift), translating data insights into actions that improve efficiency and scalability
- Architect and refine attribution methods (MMM, MTA, experimentation frameworks) to measure channel effectiveness and optimize spend
- Develop and execute a continuous experimentation plan to uncover and scale new growth levers for customer acquisition
- Drive B2B strategies including vertical messaging and persona-based tactics to increase lead quality and accelerate pipeline velocity
- Partner with different teams, including Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data, to ensure a cohesive GTM strategy and a seamless customer journey that maximizes revenue outcomes
