Job Title: Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist
Position Overview
As the Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist, you will serve as the internal functional and technical owner of ACI’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will play a central role in ensuring the platform meets business needs while managing technical configurations, integrations, and system governance.
This position supports ACI’s efforts to reduce reliance on external developers by maintaining in house platform expertise, especially in configuring CRM workflows, maintaining data quality, and integrating with systems like ERP (BC), marketing tools, and analytics platforms. The role will be critical in simplifying processes, improving cross functional business use .
Business & Technical Context
This role involves hands on configuration and functional ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, with an emphasis on using the Microsoft Power Platform to drive automation and integration. Experience with Power Apps (model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse is expected. Familiarity with Power Fx for formula based configuration is strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will help:
- Extend and tailor CRM experiences for internal teams
- Build efficient, low-code automations
- Support cross platform data flow
- Minimize external development dependency through internal capability
Key Responsibilities
CRM Platform Oversight & Development
- Serve as the internal technical expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
- Customize/configure D365 CRM forms, business rules, workflows, and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Review and manage third-party development for compliance with ACI Data Governance standards
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and usability for end users
Integration & Data Stewardship
- Manage integrations between CRM and ERP (BC), marketing tools, and analytics systems
- Maintain data accuracy and alignment across business processes
- Work closely with IT vendors and business stakeholders to ensure CRM supports ACI needs
Governance & Quality Control
- Support in Defining and uphold data governance standards in CRM
- Document and maintain CRM platform change controls and lifecycle
- Provide internal support and user enablement for CRM adoption
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partners with teams such as Finance, Membership, and Marketing to align CRM functionality
- Act as the technical liaison with external vendors and service providers
- Contribute to ACI’s IT & Data Steering Committee and support platform strategy decisions
Qualifications
Technical Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and Power Platform tools
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Working knowledge of integrations via REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps
- Familiarity with Power Fx and low code customization practices
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands on experience
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate preferred
