About the role
You Are a Senior Account Executive, Product.
You will operate at the centre of this work. You’ll help power the evolution of our Reputation Score and support new pilots (like synthetic audience modelling, narrative testing, and predictive simulations) that are reshaping how clients see and shape their reputational landscape.
You will focuses on gathering, analyzing, and contextualizing social and traditional media data tied to a client, issue, or market signal. You’ll translate those inputs into clear insights that strengthen our products, inform feature development, and support client-facing deliverables. Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) platforms like Meltwater, Cision, and complementary manual analysis methods is essential.
You’ll be joining a team building proprietary products, not just delivering reports. Curiosity, precision, and a product mindset are critical.

What We’re Looking for:
ChangeMakers is hiring a Senior Account Executive for our Product Team, an extension of our Data+AI practice focused on evolving the Reputation Score, building new pilots like synthetic audiences, and shaping the next generation of reputation products. Based in Toronto, you’ll work alongside the firm’s data and product leaders to help define how organizations measure, understand, and influence their reputational strength.
In an environment where a single narrative can escalate instantly, companies face unprecedented scrutiny. Our job is to help them see around corners. You’ll support client work and product development that anticipates risk, identifies opportunity, and quantifies the shifts that matter—fueled by media intelligence, audience insight, and emerging AI disciplines including GEO (Generative Engagement Optimization).
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of data, product, and reputation, supporting high-stakes client mandates while helping build the tools that will shape the future of our craft.
What Are Your Responsibilities?

Contribute to product development, including Reputation Score enhancements, synthetic audience pilots, GEO-supported initiatives, and other emerging AI-enabled solutions.

Handle ad-hoc requests from clients and internal teams, including occasional support during issues or rapid-response scenarios.

Data gathering and input for Reputation Score Portal delivery

Collaborate across practices, ensuring smooth communication with client-facing teams and troubleshooting needs as they arise.

Operate with precision and curiosity, helping shape new methodologies, improve workflows, and elevate the quality of our product outputs.

Other duties as assigned within the evolving needs of the Data+AI team.
What Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I Have?

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college

1-3 years experience in a professional communications, PR, marketing environment (or similar), product/solution focused experience a plus.

A genuine commitment to learning, personal growth, and professional development

A hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow, learn and work – including on clients’ needs at potentially odd hours

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate action

The Canada base salary range for this position is $60,000- $70,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
