What You’ll Accomplish With Us As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Prepare branch review documentation, meeting agendas, and audit reports.
- Support compliance supervision and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Approve KYC updates and new accounts.
- Assist with site reviews and resolution of deficiencies.
- Respond to advisor inquiries and coordinate with head office departments.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to team meetings.
- Foster a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
- Stands out for their initiative and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.
- Has 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Has or is willing to complete the Investment Dealer Supervisors Course.
