JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop strategy and vision for zone onboarding and offboarding
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers, New Hires and HR/People Managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes
- Input data into HRIS (Human Resource Information System), WorkDay, with great detail-orientation
- Leverage data and research to recommend improvements to processes, workflows, tools, system integration, optimization, and user adoption
- Project manage and prioritization of projects
- Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires
- Support as a backup for Orientation sessions
- Conducting & analyzing exit interviews/data
- Provide feedback and identify opportunities for efficiencies of routine processes
- Drive actions with a People-Centric mindset
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- General WorkDay knowledge, and strong people process understanding.
- BA/BS degree or higher
- Relentless People-Centric mindset.
- Not afraid to ask “why” and question the status quo.
- Strong collaboration skills and people process understanding.
- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
- Excellent prioritization, organizational skills and abilities.
- Innovative, creative, result driven, and process oriented.
- Continuous process improvement mindset
- Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
