Job Title: Supply Chain Manager – Amazon USA Private Label Work Setup: Remote (US EST)
About the Role
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of our Amazon USA private label business — from supplier coordination in China to Amazon FBA fulfillment in the U.S.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in: Amazon Seller Central Amazon FBA logistics Inventory forecasting & replenishment Supply chain operations 3PL & freight coordination Amazon account health management eCommerce operations leadership
This is a 50% hands-on operational role and 50% leadership role, managing a small operations team while actively stepping in to solve business-critical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Operations Management Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from China suppliers to U.S. Amazon FBA warehouses Manage inbound logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and 3PL coordination Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations Develop and manage seasonal forecasting and replenishment plans Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and shipping delays proactively
Amazon Marketplace Operations Manage Amazon Seller Central operations and account health Resolve policy violations, IP complaints, and compliance-related issues Coordinate inventory planning with PPC and marketing teams Monitor product listings, rankings, and marketplace competitiveness
Vendor & Purchasing Management Source and negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners Manage purchasing activities while ensuring product quality and cost efficiency Build strong vendor relationships and oversee supplier performance
Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a small operations team Establish operational KPIs and accountability systems Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence Lead by example through hands-on execution and problem-solving
What Success Looks Like (KPIs) Maintain healthy inventory levels across Amazon FBA and 3PL warehouses Improve Amazon Inventory Performance Index (IPI) Reduce stockouts and excess inventory Deliver accurate forecasting aligned with seasonal demand trends
Qualifications Must-Have Experience
3+ years of experience in Amazon operations, supply chain, or logistics Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, Seller Central, and 3PL operations Experience handling China-to-USA international shipments Proven forecasting and inventory planning expertise Hands-on experience resolving Amazon account health and compliance issues Strong analytical and communication skills Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills preferred
Nice to Have
Mandarin language skills Experience launching Amazon products Familiarity with Helium 10, SoStocked, ClickUp, or Asana Prior eCommerce team leadership experience
