NetAccess Systems Inc. is a locally owned and operated Internet Service and Managed Service Provider based in downtown Hamilton, Ontario. We offer a full range of business-focused technology services including managed IT, high-speed internet, VoIP, cloud hosting, and data centre solutions.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our front office and administrative operations.

Position Overview:
This is a part-time position suited for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable with basic accounting and administrative responsibilities. You will serve as the first point of contact at our office and assist with tasks such as payment entry, invoice processing, and general office support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a focus on organization, customer service, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Accurately process customer payments and enter them into internal systems
  • Assist with accounts payable data entry and invoice management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain an organized front desk and office area
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist in planning internal staff events

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and invoice entry is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience using Quickbooks an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A positive, reliable, and customer-service-focused attitude

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours
  • Work Location: On-site at our downtown Hamilton office
