The Opportunity We are constantly seeking opportunities to find, develop and retain our talent and continue our success. Our goal is to hire aspiring talent, give them the tools and support to help them develop and grow in their career. The Campus Relations Specialist is critical to helping us build upon the success we have had in developing our relationships with universities and colleges across the country and building our employment brand on campus. This individual is responsible for recruiting students for Fidelity Canada, as well as representing Fidelity by presenting and participating in events on campus and virtually. They will collaborate in the development and implementation of effective strategies that will build awareness of Fidelity’s employment brand on campus and increase our candidate pipeline for student and new graduate positions. This role reports to the Manager, Employee and Student Experience.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit, select, interview and onboard student hires in partnership the talent acquisition team.
- Update and maintain student tracking and reporting.
- Represent Fidelity by organizing, facilitating, and presenting content regularly at student events on campus.
- Work consultatively across the Fidelity Canada organization to understand the needs of the business and support the development of specialized student recruiting programs that meet those needs.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders at schools to recommend, plan and execute on campus activities that build the Fidelity employment brand and create a pipeline of strong talent for Fidelity.
- Participate in other campus activities as required.
What We Are Looking For
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a talent acquisition function
- Completion of a 3-year post-secondary program or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in French/English is an asset
- Willing to travel to schools across Ontario

For this role, your total rewards include
- Base Salary and discretionary Performance Bonus A competitive annual range of $73,000 to $101,000, based on your experience and qualifications. RRSP Contribution After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
