Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based at SaniHealth Labs Inc. in Hamilton, ON. The QA/QC team member will perform routine product inspections and testing, verify adherence to established quality standards, and document findings in accordance with company procedures. Daily responsibilities include reviewing production records, monitoring batch releases, performing line checks, and assisting in root-cause investigations for nonconformities. The role involves collaborating with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The QA/QC professional will also help prepare for internal and external audits and contribute to maintaining accurate, up-to-date quality documentation and reports. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Quality Control, including product inspection, testing, and documentation of results. Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including maintaining quality systems, procedures, and continuous improvement activities. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and their application in skincare, personal health, or beauty product manufacturing. Competence in Quality Auditing, including participation in internal audits and support for external regulatory or client audits. Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, quality management, or related discipline). Strong attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and commitment to product safety and regulatory compliance. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Experience with laboratory testing equipment, manufacturing documentation, and basic data analysis is an asset. Prior experience in cosmetic, skincare, personal health, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is considered beneficial.
