We are seeking a Detail Supervisor to join our rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions at our Langley location.
Are you a hands-on leader with experience in vehicle detailing and team supervision? If you excel in training, scheduling, and quality control, and can maintain seamless operations, we’d love to have you join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and develop a team of detailers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure optimal work coverage and meet customer expectations.
- Ensure that all vehicles are detailed to a high standard and delivered on time, maintaining a commitment to quality and reliability.
- Monitor vehicle availability and prioritize customer requests to meet their needs efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, secure, and well-organized workspace that promotes productivity and safety.
What You Bring:
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in detailing and/or shop, warehouse, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
- Clear pre-employment security clearance.
