Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and listen to their needs
- Advise and offer appropriate solutions to meet clients’ transactional, investment, personal financing, and banking product insurance needs and handle other requests
- Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs
- Establish lasting business relationships with your clients and colleagues
- Ensure client satisfaction and engagement
- Refer clients to your expert colleagues when needed
- Adhere to compliance and risk management rules
Required Qualifications
- Combination of relevant professional experience and education for this position
- Be a licensed mutual fund representative (MFR), if you aim to develop in a Banking Advisor role
- Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
- Positive attitude and empathy for clients
- Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and eagerness to learn
- Interest in technology and aptitude for sharing knowledge
- Ability to adapt to different situations

- Work schedule may vary; may be required to work one evening per week
- Report to the Branch Manager and work with a team of experts specialized in investment, credit, mortgage financing and more
