Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Leasing Manager to join the team at Thorncrest Ford .
Apply to this position if you:
- Have prior Leasing Management experience
- Have a valid OMVIC
- Have a valid G license, in good standing.
Responsibilities:
- Process all leasing documentation and maintain detailed files on all leasing transactions
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize lease retention and renewal rates above zone average
- Utilize the AutoAlert database to identify active lease customers visiting for service and present tailored lease scenarios
- Proactively engage customers to transition them into new leases ahead of maturity, ensuring early renewal opportunities are maximized
- Prepare various reports, including the ratio of retail sales to leases and renewal percentages
- Use reports and tracking metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Follow-up with Sales Consultants during the renewal process
- Supervise lease returns, including arranging appointments, inspecting vehicles and issuing any related reports
- Keep the list of customers up-to-date and ensures that the follow-up calls are made by the Sales & Leasing Consultants
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Passion for people and processes
- Brand dealership experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Drive for excellence
- Must have a valid Driver’s License for Ontario
- Must have valid OMVIC License
