Job Description En tant qu’ Analyste Production Applicative , vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale dynamique, responsable de la stabilité, de la disponibilité et des performances d’applications métiers critiques. Vous serez en première ligne du support en production, en menant les investigations nécessaires, en coordonnant les résolutions et en garantissant la continuité de service à travers plusieurs régions (États-Unis, Canada, Paris, Inde, Singapour et Hong Kong).
Responsabilités principales :
- Analyser les incidents de production et coordonner leur résolution avec les parties prenantes, les clients, les fournisseurs de logiciels et les experts techniques.
- Assurer le support du cycle de déploiement des produits pour les nouvelles versions, standards et correctifs.
- Maintenir et mettre à jour la documentation de support selon les standards de la Banque.
- Participer aux projets et fournir des rapports d’avancement réguliers en identifiant les risques potentiels.
- Préparer la documentation relative à la continuité des activités, à l’architecture et aux procédures de reprise après sinistre.
- Coordonner la validation post-migration en production et les tests de bout en bout avec les utilisateurs.
- Participer aux initiatives de gouvernance et d’audit, et suivre la résolution des non-conformités identifiées.
- Contribuer aux analyses post-incident et à la rédaction des rapports associés.
- Collaborer avec des équipes internationales réparties sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires (États-Unis, Canada, Paris, Inde, Singapour et Hong Kong).
🇬🇧 Profile Requirements Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in application production support.
- Hands-on experience with UNIX, Linux, and Shell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle (preferred), SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of infrastructure and security technologies (VMWare, WebSphere, Tomcat, firewalls, PGP encryption, CFT, IBM MQ Series, etc.).
- Flexible to work morning/evening shifts and occasional weekend support.
