About the role

Intact Lab is seeking a Bilingual (FR-EN) Manager, Digital Analytics of Acquisition and Engagement. In this role, you will lead a team comprised of digital data analysts, implementation specialists (i.e., tagging), and a PowerBI developer. You will guide these professionals in analyzing and measuring the performance of our digital Acquisition and Engagement products with the aim of improving the customer experience of these products, their business decisions, and supporting their growth plan.

What you'll do here:

  • Build, develop, and promote your team’s expertise in data analysis for Acquisition and Engagement products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams, as well as Marketing and Operations, to translate business requirements from data collection into insights.
  • Support teams in deepening their analysis method by suggesting innovative approaches to improve product performance measurement.
  • Serve as the spokesperson for the performance of these products with senior executives.
  • Ensure that data requests are managed and processed throughout the team.
  • Annually plan roadmaps and help your team focus on activities with maximum impact.
  • Actively participate in Intact Lab product roadmap discussions to ensure that data is at the core of decisions.

What you bring to the table:

  • 7 years of experience in data analysis within a user experience improvement context.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within a large company.
  • 5 years of experience presenting to senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Inclusive leadership and ability to make quick decisions.
  • Expert facilitator with a pragmatic approach.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and reach consensus.
  • Strong at making connections and identifying what is important.
  • Bilinguism required (FR-EN) - For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
