Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operational, administrative, and sales functions of the Langley Branch
- Support the Branch Manager as required and provide back-up leadership and management in their absence
- To represent, promote, and protect the business interests of ATS Traffic
- Assist in maintaining the Branch P&L
- Assist the Sales CSP Team to continue the established growth trajectory
- Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner
- Ensuring that health and safety programs are actively engaged within the branch
- Ensure that all branch operations procedures are followed and that all staff is properly trained
- Crosstrain employees and implement the SOPs provided by ATS Traffic Ltd
- Promote and healthy and cohesive work environment
- To ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all necessary information, reports and documentation as may be required by Corp office and or Branch Manager
- Assist in the inventory control of the branch in sales and rentals
Key Accountabilities
- To hire and promote the best available talent based on the needs of the business
- Support P&L Goals and Pricing Structure
- To ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all necessary information, reports, and documentation as may be required by Corporate Head Office and/or Branch Manager
- Support and contribute to the profitable revenue growth of the Calgary business group
- Ensure Continuous Service Improvement, externally for our customers and internally through LEAN practices
- Inventory control management for the rental department
- Lead Admin and CSP teams in the branch including hiring, coaching, training, motivating, and disciplining employees.
- Collaboration and support all areas within ATS Traffic (Corporate, Finance, Production, Installs, other Branches)
- Works in other key roles when and if required
- Works overtime as may be required
Skills and Qualifications
Post-secondary training: Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, management
or similar (preferred) 3-5 years equivalent experience in successful leadership/management positions with a minimum of 3-5 direct reports
- Strong communication skills – clear and effective manner
- Organized
- Computer and general business competency
- Conceptual and analytical skills
- Self-motivated

- Technical aptitude
